PROJECT DETAILS
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Outdoor World was awarded a contract to construct two large 5m high commercial storage sheds (1 x 1600m2 and 1 x 400m2) at a busy train maintenance depot in Welshpool.
The scope included an elaborate drainage system to remove surface water, a fire-rated wall to the rear of the structures (given their proximity to the lot boundary), 16m wide openings to accommodate the client’s operational requirements and roof safety and access to comply with current regulations.
Using our knowledge and experience, we completed this project on schedule and without any impact to the operations on site. Due to the size and nature of the buildings, we brought in specialist equipment to ensure efficiency and to minimise all health and safety issues on site.
Outdoor World had complete responsibility for the full scope of this project and looked after the entire programme from start to finish.
